Our members are from all over the world: Spain, Ukraine, France, Portugal and India. Its founding members bring a wealth of experience from various international organizations, and have experienced in Erasmus+ projects and organized a lot of workshops, seminars and training courses in their communities.
Our team includes youth, youth workers and third sector experts (educators,project managers, communicators, technology and social media experts, medium sized entrepreneurs).
Alla Yukhymchuk - President/ Project Coordinator
Alla Yukhymchuk is a youth worker with experience in project management. Since 2019, she has participated in and facilitated Erasmus+ exchanges and training courses across Europe. In 2021, as coordinator of 8 European Solidarity Corps volunteers in Ukraine, she organized local initiatives. From 2022, as a Project Coordinator in Belgium, she managed 15 international projects KA2 and KA1 and recruited over 50 young participants. In 2023, she co-founded NGO "UnityEcho" in France, where she continues to facilitate youth-led events and promote international dialogue. Alla currently leads local and international initiatives by and for youth in ecology, entrepreneurship, inclusion, mental health, and civic engagement.
She had experience as youth worker, project coordinator, promo-manager with 2 NGOs in Belgium, Ukraine. Also Alla was an ESC volunteer in a French NGO with focus on digital transition. Her Master degree is in International Business. She studied in Ukraine, Poland and France for more than 5 years, which brought her knowledge in cross-cultural communication and management. She has attended many seminars in relation to project management, well being, employability, social responsibility, dissemination and gamification in education.
Alla has assisted local/international events and projects, on a volunteer basis, such as EU values, ecology, culture, mental health and tech, digital media, employability, etc. Her passion lies in establishing an environment that fosters Youth Engagement to address global challenges. She speaks fluent English, Ukrainian, Russian, Polish and French.
Mariia Zadorozhnia - Treasurer
Mariia leads project writing (KA1/KA2) and partnership research. She shared her own ESC volunteering experience in Granada, Spain in the organisation's interview series (published April 2024). She holds certificates in Civic Engagement, Project Management, and Public-Government Interaction. Mariia Zadorozhnia plays a role as treasurer of the organisation. She takes a leadership role in organizing and coordinating projects (write KA1 and KA2 projects for the organizations). She also conducts collaborative and partnership research. Mariia's journey began with local environmental protection projects back in 2011 and 2012. Mariia holds certificates in Civic Engagement, Project Management, and Public-Government Interaction ("Effective Interaction of Local Self-Government with the Public" programs).
Anastassia Tckachenko - Secretary
She delivered Erasmus+/DiscoverEU/ESC awareness lectures reaching around 40 French senior high-school students (workshop "Expanding Opportunities!", 16 September 2025). She has an advanced expertise in delivering international projects as trainer and facilitator in topics such entrepreneurship, ecology and inclusion.
Dillip Pattanik - Regional Programme Lead (Asia)
Dillip, a development consultant and team leader with strong experience (more than 18 years) with consulting in climate change / environment management, conflict management – peace and development, education for change, youth in action, access to information and communication technology, sustainable development, problem solving, awareness building, lobby and advocacy on emerging issues, research and analysis etc. He has worked successfully as team leader and team member in many national and international projects involving strategy development, program development, field operation and investment. He is looking after our programs in the Asian Region
